Mid-Week Worship - Thursdays, 7:30-9:00pm at church

Mid-Week Worship happens every Thursday and will meet regularly unless otherwise notified. This is an opportunity to worship our Lord during the week and also to invite those who might feel uncomfortable coming to church on Sundays. If you have questions contact dannybae@pillarbaptist.com.
This week, May 17, we’ll be going Mini-Golfing at 1199 Jacklin Rd, Milpitas (Milpitas Golfland). $6.50/person with the Pillar Baptist Church group rate. We’ll start at 7:30pm.

Adult Sunday School – The Family Series – Sundays, April 29-June 10, 3:30-4:30pm

Join us during these 7 Sundays as we study different topics that affect all of us, regardless of life stage or age. Topics covered include biblical manhood, womanhood, families, marriages, parenting, and dating. If you have children, childcare will be provided so that you can attend these Sunday School sessions.

All Church Retreat – Friday-Sunday, June 15-17, 2012

Join us in Watsonville for our all church retreat. This is an exciting time of fellowship, teaching, worship, and growth. If you are new, this is great opportunity to get plugged-in to the church. Pastor Dave Son from Southern California will be coming up to speak to us. We will begin with dinner at 5pm on Friday and end after worship on Sunday. There will be no worship service at church in Fremont. Space is limited to the first 50 to pay. $140/person.

We look forward to getting to know you better, and would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our church. Here, our desire is to centralize the Gospel in all that we do. Thus, we value the preaching and studying of God’s Word, the heartfelt and Christ-centered worship of our Lord, and the fellowship of believers. As a small church family, we appreciate and cultivate close-knit relationships for edification and accountability.

As the Pastors at Pillar Baptist Church, we are excited about the future direction of our ministry. This is a vital and significant moment in the building process of our church as we grow together at Pillar Baptist. As a foundation for that growth, we are committed to the consistent exposition of Scripture. On Sundays, we are studying the Gospel of Matthew and will continue through the New Testament. Our aim is to establish a solid spiritual foundation from which we hope to expand the teaching ministries of our church.

In addition to expanding the teaching ministries, we believe that church membership is critical to the health of our church. As we slowly move forward and lay a solid foundation, we would like to encourage and invite you to take part in what God is currently doing in our midst.

We look forward to seeing you during our snack fellowship following the Sunday service. Additionally, we would love to get to know you better so please join us for our Thursday night Mid-Week Worship, our Sunday morning prayer meetings, or our Sunday afternoon Bible Study.
